Mobiliti Interiors recently completed a new outdoor furniture installation at 550 West C Street, a premier office building located in the heart of downtown San Diego. The project focused on repositioning the plaza level to create an inviting café-style outdoor environment where tenants can relax, collaborate, and enjoy San Diego’s year-round sunshine.
The goal of the project was to transform the plaza into a comfortable and flexible common area that supports both casual gatherings and informal work throughout the day. By introducing thoughtfully arranged seating areas, shaded lounge spaces, and modern outdoor furnishings, the plaza now functions as a vibrant amenity for the building’s tenants.
To achieve this vision, Mobiliti Interiors selected premium outdoor furniture from Kettal and Tuuci, two industry-leading brands known for their innovative outdoor design and durability. The installation includes high-quality seating and umbrellas featuring integrated lighting and heating, allowing the space to remain comfortable and functional from morning meetings to evening relaxation.
The redesigned plaza provides tenants with a welcoming outdoor café environment that enhances the workplace experience while making full use of San Diego’s ideal climate. Whether grabbing a coffee, hosting an informal meeting, or simply enjoying the sunshine, tenants now have a beautiful outdoor destination right outside their office.
