Flatiron
The Flatiron project involved a full reimagining of a growing workspace, blending precision planning with personalized design. At the heart of the layout was the development of custom-built private offices—each tailored to specific team members and labeled by name to reflect a culture of ownership and individuality. Surrounding these were thoughtfully configured open workstations, breakout zones, and a large conference area, designed to foster seamless collaboration and flexibility across departments.
An integral part of the project was the transformation of the adjacent outdoor patio. Outfitted with lounge seating, café tables, and greenery, the space was envisioned as an extension of the workplace—offering employees a natural, open-air setting for both relaxation and informal meetings.
Executed through a phased approach to minimize disruption, the result is a cohesive, human-centered environment that enhances daily workflow, strengthens team connection, and supports long-term organizational growth.
