550 West is a premier Downtown San Diego commercial address, and Mobiliti Interiors delivered the outdoor furniture solution for its signature communal spaces. This 2024 project included an outdoor café area, conference terrace, and lounge zones designed around San Diego’s year-round climate and the building’s urban setting at 550 W Broadway. Materials were selected for durability, UV resistance, and coastal weather performance. The result is an outdoor environment that transforms passive space into a productive, social destination for the building’s tenants.
